Do you travel to regional Victoria for workplace training?
Yes. We service all of Melbourne and Regional Victoria. Our trainers come directly to your office, factory, or worksite, saving your team travel time and ensuring minimum disruption to your operations. We provide onsite first aid training across all of Victoria. Our trainers frequently travel to regional locations including the Surf Coast (Lorne, Torquay), Goldfields (Ballarat, Clunes, Creswick), and the Mornington Peninsula.
What do we need to provide for an onsite training session?
We bring all necessary training equipment, including adult and infant manikins, AED trainers, and first aid supplies. All you need to provide is a room large enough for your group (like a boardroom or lunchroom) with some clear floor space for practical CPR assessments.
Can you combine First Aid and Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) in one session?
Absolutely. We frequently run combined sessions for electrical and trade groups. We can deliver HLTAID009 CPR, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and UETDRMP018 Low Voltage Rescue in a single streamlined session to ensure your electrical staff are fully compliant.
How quickly will our staff receive their certificates?
Certificates are generally issued on the next business day as training, provided all students have completed their online pre-learning and practical assessments. All our training is Nationally Recognised and meets Safe Work Australia standards.
Do you offer training outside of standard business hours?
Yes, we understand that many industries operate 24/7. We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours, weekend, and night shift training sessions to accommodate your specific roster needs.
Is there a minimum group size for onsite bookings?
We can train groups of any size, though our onsite packages are most cost-effective for groups of 10 or more. For smaller numbers, we recommend booking into one of our public courses, or we can provide a flat-rate quote for your small team.
